Presentation of Terres d'Ocre - Instan T Blanc

The 2023 vintage of Instan T Blanc benefits from ideal climatic conditions, favoring perfect maturation of the grapes. This cuvée reveals a subtle aromatic bouquet, mixing delicate floral notes and fruity touches, such as white peach and citrus. On the palate, it offers a beautiful roundness, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a persistent, slightly mineral finish.

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

This estate is first and foremost a family affair because Valérie and Eric are the owners. Florent , their nephew, joined them after spending ten years discovering wine estates in France, New Zealand and South Africa. The estate is made up of approximately 13 hectares . They mainly cultivate grape varieties such as Gamay noir, Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Tressallier . They turned to sustainable agriculture because “expressing your terroir well requires this”. There is no doubt that production could become “organic” in the future . Each wine has a remarkable taste, whether it is a white, a red or even a rosé. Saint-Pourçain can be tasted and paired with various dishes. The wines are aged in concrete vats for the entry-level wines and in oak barrels for the most prestigious.

This white wine pairs perfectly with light and refined dishes, such as grilled fish, seafood or soft cheeses.
