BRAND HISTORY

At the beginning, a friendship which dates back to the New Year: that of three Marseille gourmets: the Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu and the cousins ​​Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. Timon and Sourrieu share passions for taste, aromatic plants and local products. Their aperitifs have the scent of the sea and the scents of the scrubland. All recipes promote the resources of Provence and the Mediterranean .

INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING

Ingredients: Shrimp 40% (origin: Indian Ocean), white wine, artichoke, veal stock (contains wheat and celery), extra virgin olive oil, onions, coriander 2.6%, potato starch, orange jam, garlic, salt, spices (mild curry, ras el-hanout).

Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.
