This fruit-based drink is made by La Boissonnerie de Paris . The fruits, in the form of purees, are mixed in a tank. Simply add water and a little sugar to obtain the best texture and taste balance. Then it’s time to open the floodgates. The juice passes into the pasteurizer through a stainless steel coil and quickly rises in temperature. This process allows the products to be preserved for several months, without the addition of preservatives. The bottles are then filled, then immediately capped before being labeled, boxed and stored.
