Presentation of Domaine Rouge - Domaine de Bel Air

This red wine, from Domaine de Bel Air , has a deep red color enhanced with purple reflections. Its fruity bouquet, enhanced with a subtle touch of sweet spice reminiscent of paprika, offers delicate purity and roundness, while being remarkably gourmand. On the palate, the flavors of blackberry and black cherry fully awaken our taste buds.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

In the heart of the Aix-en-Provence region lies an 18-hectare estate where the Bel Air vines, cultivated according to the precepts of organic farming, fully express the essence of the Provençal terroir. Each year, the grapes, nourished by the generous Mediterranean sun, are harvested by hand by grape harvesters, with the greatest respect for wine-growing tradition. This estate, founded in 1750 , is today experiencing a real renaissance after years of abandonment, thus reconnecting with its ancestral wine heritage. Around a majestic bastide, the vines have been carefully replanted on fertile soil, preserved exclusively with natural and organic methods . In symbiosis with the environment, 200 olive trees have also been integrated into the vineyard, helping to maintain the harmony and balance of the landscapes.
