Pradel is the 100% Cinsault vintage from Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise . If you think that Cinsault can only produce light, uninteresting rosés, you will be surprised! Indeed, Xavier Braujou has created a delicate red wine of rare complexity. The color is clear and limpid ruby. After a long aeration, the nose of captivating finesse evokes pomegranate, red fruits, raspberry and floral notes of dried rose and potpourri. Once in the mouth , Pradel also develops aromas of blood orange and sweet spice in a silky and chiselled texture of great finesse. A big moment !

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise is a 14-hectare estate located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in Languedoc, masterfully managed by Xavier Braujou . A true artisan winemaker, Xavier Braujou produces great Languedoc wines, mainly single-varietal, with lots of personality and precision. His enormous work (long aging, very low yield, etc.) earned him 1 star in the 2019 Green Guide of La Revue des Vins de France and 2 stars in the 2019 Bettane + Desseauve Guide . Domaine La Terrasse d' Elise is a confidential and essential address, popular with knowledgeable amateurs as well as the best sommeliers and wine merchants.
