Presentation of Domaine Aupilhac – La Boda - Red

Discover La Boda Rouge from Domaine Aupilhac , an exceptional wine combining Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. Elegant and structured, it seduces with its aromas of black fruits, spices and garrigue. Ideal to accompany red meats and refined dishes. A must for lovers of great wines for laying down.

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

The Aupilhac estate is located in Montpeyroux, about thirty kilometers north of Montpellier. It is a family estate and Sylvain is the 5th generation to cultivate these vines. The estate has terraced plots on the place called "Aupilhac" and plots higher up on the "Cocalières" site. Its terroir and climate at the foot of the Larzac Plateau, allow the Aupilhac Estate to offer wines that will have, thanks to the altitude, higher acidity/alcohol balances, as well as fresher aromas. The estate practices organic and biodynamic agriculture (Ecocert and Demeter certification) and offers us superbly crafted vintages, including Les Cocalières Rouge and Les Cocalières Blanc, wines with a long aging in tuns and barrels, all in freshness, well structured and balanced.
