BRAND HISTORY

Based in Quiberon, Yvonne and Raymond Audebert were daring confectioners. From 1946, they manufactured not only the famous “ Les Niniches ” lollipops but also the delicious salted butter caramel , two specialties which are part of Breton culinary heritage. Since that time, three generations have succeeded each other in the workshop while maintaining traditional manufacturing processes. From copper cauldrons and the know-how of the craftsman, unique creations are born that renew the art of confectionery. Even today, all the creativity of the house is expressed through a wide range of caramels with real salted butter from Brittany, such as Salidou .
