Presentation of Aix Pression, Blonde IPA Beer
The Blonde IPA beer from the Provençal brewery Aix Pression is a decidedly different IPA. With aromas of peach and white flesh, this beer brings a note of freshness. Crunchier notes on the palate reminiscent of green almond, followed by a beautiful bitterness of fresh hops give this IPA a unique character.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in Rognes, the small family brewery, created in 2015, specializes in producing quality craft beers. A family story initiated by the son, Steven Giroud, co-founder with his mother of the brewery.
The originality of this brewery: during bottling, their beers are re-inoculated with Champagne yeasts to obtain a finer and more elegant bubble.
