Presentation of Domaine de Fontenille, AOP Luberon- Cuvée Fontenille Rouge
The organic Cuvée Fontenille Rouge from Domaine de Fontenille is an AOP Luberon red wine with lovely ripe, juicy fruit that coats the palate. To share with friends! What character! The nose is a clever mix between notes of stewed, well-developed black cherries and the spices of a beautiful Syrah from the sunniest plots. Very intense and seductive, these notes are the promise of a complex palate. The attack confirms the promise with deliciousness, roundness and concentration. A lovely substance with new notes of black fruit, then giving way to freshness and variation.
HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Domaine Fontenille , which has been working vines since the 17th century, is located in the heart of Provence, on the southern slopes of the Luberon. Concerned about offering wines that respect the terroir and their environment, the owners have been engaged in organic farming since 2014. The Fontenille estate benefits from an exceptional terroir with clay-limestone and stony soils which give all their character to the wines, several rewarded in the specialized press. The estate offers us an organic Fontenille Rosé cuvée that is intense on the palate and full of freshness. And a delicious and rounded Fontenille Blanc Organic cuvée . Domaine to discover for all lovers of organic Provence wines.
