Based on a Darjeeling Autumnal Flush, Festival d'Automne was created by Augustin Scala in June 2019, in his workshops in France. An attack with apple notes supported by quince and Darjeeling. The deliciousness of this tea is present throughout the tasting thanks to the apple/caramel aroma. It is the kiwi which settles in as a final note. A very sweet, very delicious tea to comfort the arrival of the mist. A scented creation created in the George Cannon workshops in France which completes the 100% Organic* Special Edition collection.

BRAND HISTORY

George Cannon is a French and family house for 6 generations. The youngest of three children, passionate about tea and the history it conveys, Augustin Scala joined George Cannon in 2006 and began by learning the techniques of tea tasting with, at his side, his father Olivier Scala, to whom his father Raymond Scala had transmitted his knowledge and the art of tasting. Numerous trips and long hours of tasting allowed him to acquire his knowledge. He also works on the flavoring of teas in the French workshop and is at the origin of numerous perfumed creations signed George Cannon, including the
latest Fruity Delight, Return to Gémenos or Autumn Festival, The Rite of
Spring. It launches its collections of 100% organic teas and infusions and continues the development of purchases of organic teas with the same rigor, marking its desire to make George Cannon the French brand of high-end 100% organic tea.
