In this recipe, Guillaume FERRONI worked with rare citrus fruits grown at Domaine du Jasson in La Londe Les Maures (Var).
This recipe is marked by Buddha's Hand, an extraordinary citrus fruit, whose delicate scent echoes the beauty of this fruit... A true wonder of nature!
Citron has also been incorporated into the recipe so that this gin is imbued with citrus notes which give it great freshness.
The four selected citrus fruits ( Hand of Buddha, Citron, Lemon and Sweet Orange ) are all used fresh to enhance their aromas.

On the nose we can distinguish the freshness of an Italian garden. A great aromatic power is marked by the Hand of Buddha and the Citron.

HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY

Installed at Château des Creissauds, the Ferroni Distillery has gradually transformed into a site for the development and production of high-end French spirits combining history, cultural heritage and natural riches.

On the estate, fresh plants are grown or harvested in the wild to produce the House's high-end pastis. Rum, whisky, gin and liqueurs enjoy happy days alongside forgotten, reissued alcohols, such as Ratafia de Marseille, which has become a must-have for the end-of-year celebrations.

Guillaume Ferroni is a creator, passionate about history which he uses to develop his new creations. He has managed to modernize old recipes, a real pleasure for the taste buds.
