Presentation of VILLA MINNA VINEYARD- MINNA Red 2010 - IGP Pays des Bouches du Rhône

A great mature organic red wine from Provence that goes off the beaten track! The color of this Minna Rouge 2010 is dark purple with garnet reflections. The intense nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, blackcurrant, notes of scrubland and liquorice. The palate is dense, structured by solid but patinated tannins which balance with the power of the aromas. We see all the work and know-how of VILLA MINNA VINEYARD in this complex and robust long-keeping red wine that does honor to Provence!

History of the estate

VILLA MINNA VINEYARD is a family estate located in the heart of Provence in Saint Cannat near Aix-en-Provence. This 15 hectare estate is well known to lovers of designer wines that go beyond the appellations. Indeed, VILLA MINNA VINEYARD offers long-lasting red wines and white wines, like their MINNA vintages, marketed 5 years after their harvest for the reds and 3 years for the whites. The work of the vines is done by hand, in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) and the vinification is done using native yeasts, as naturally as possible, followed by a long aging in vats, in barrels then in bottle.
