Callune Heather Honey from Manufacture du Miel is characterized by its intense, complex and aromatic flavors. It offers caramelized and flowery notes. Callune heather honey has an amber-brown color which tends towards red and becomes ocher red over time. The unique so-called thixotropic texture (creamy to finely gelatinous) has slow crystallization. It is a honey very rich in trace elements, vitamins and minerals: boron, potassium, iron, sulfur, manganese (anti-allergic, anti-oxidant) which regulate blood sugar and relieve rheumatism. It has anti-anemic, antiseptic, diuretic, energizing, fortifying and remineralizing properties.
