Creamy Honey from Manufacture du Miel results from brewing which breaks the crystallized grains of the honey in order to obtain this creamy texture. Of all-flower honey, is subtly floral. Very soft on the palate, it reveals fresh and fruity notes when tasting. It will be perfect on toast, in yogurt or with a spoon. It is a honey very rich in trace elements and manganese (anti-allergic, antioxidant). It has antiseptic properties.
