Discover the Chocolate Sourdough Bread creation from Barre Clandestine . On the outskirts of Pic Saint-Loup, between vineyards and scrubland, Les Co'Pains du Pic are distinguished by their sourdough bread craftsmanship, made from ancient cereals, without the addition of yeast. Inspired by their childhood memories, they combined their Belizean grand cru dark chocolate with “Méteil” country bread, revealing its rustic aromas of undergrowth, while offering the comfort of a good crusty bread.

BRAND HISTORY

Émilie and Emmanuel, former professionals in the public sector and consulting, change direction to devote themselves to their common passion: chocolate. They created Barre Clandestine in 2022, inspired by the desire to produce extraordinary artisanal chocolate, far from industrial standards. Émilie, a chocolate fan, has explored the creations of numerous chocolatiers. She fell in love with this profession and could no longer imagine doing anything else: choosing the best beans, designing recipes to reveal unique aromas, arousing taste emotions... Emmanuel, a former consultant by day and magician by night, Was totally surprised by the taste of bean to bar chocolates. His ambition: “that our chocolate reflects my personality, demanding in quality and values, but also surprising in flavor ”.
