Presentation of Château Les Justices Sauternes 2015 – Sweet white
A complex and fresh Sauternes , thanks to its atypical aging of 18 months in vats, which rivals the good Crus Classés ! Magnificent golden dress. On the nose a powerful bouquet which combines the nobility of the aromas of Botrytis , quince, apricot, candied citrus fruits and almond. Despite the sugar, the palate shows a lot of freshness and adds length to a complex and endless finish! This Château Les Justices- Sauternes 2015 will evolve admirably for years but why wait when you see the pleasure it provides on the fruit today? A sure value in Sauternes !
History of the estate
Château Les Justices is a lovely vintage well known to lovers of Sauternes and good deals ! Property of the illustrious Médeville family also owner of the legendary Château Gilette and Respide-Médeville in Sauternes, the estate is today managed by Julie Médeville and Xavier Gonet ( Château des Eyrins and Gonet-Médeville champagnes). Already awarded one star in the Green Guide of La Revue des Vins de France, Julie and Xavier continue to advance Château Les Justices , considered today by all to be equivalent to the great classified growths. The particularity of this vintage is the absence of barrel aging in order to preserve the aromas of Botrytis (also called noble rot) and to maintain freshness.
