Sinaca Villa ? This is the name given to the City of Sénas in the 9th century. The vineyard is located in this beautiful commune, in Provence between Alpilles and Luberon. Red, white and rosé wines are produced there on an area of 6 hectares.
Agathe and Nicolas returned from their experiences in the new world to give birth to a whole new domain. : purchase of agricultural land, selection of grape varieties, planting of vines and finally construction of a winery. The vines are planted in the ancient Durance valley. The complexity of the soils between pebbles and clay transmits great minerality and richness to the wines. The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas.
