L'Epicurien's Apricot Almond Jam is a rounded jam with a hint of acidity. It is made with apricots from Roussillon, which hold up very well when cooked and which above all gives this jam a good taste of fruit ripened slowly in the sun, with a slight hint of tartness. We add flaked almonds for a touch of crunch and to enhance the texture of the jam. It's the ideal jam for summer or for all your sunny fruit cravings.

L'Epicurien is an artisanal family business which for 30 years has been manufacturing exceptional jams in Languedoc-Roussillon for your sweet tooth and savory spreads for your aperitifs or cheese platters. Founded by a Master Artisan Jam Maker, the extra jams and other sweet treats are cooked in open cauldrons in an entirely artisanal way. They are sweetened according to tradition with cane sugar in order to preserve all their taste and flavor.
