The Organic Brut Cider cuvée Le Sauvage made by the Fils de Pomme is made from apples from their organic orchard located in Vexin-Normand. Converted to organic for several years, in order to preserve the authentic taste of the cider and to protect the environment, this raw cider reveals a powerful aroma of caramelized apple. Two childhood friends, Théo and Valentin, wanted to perpetuate French tradition and know-how. A successful bet considering the numerous prizes won for their creations. For 2 years they worked on blends to find the perfect recipes.
