Presentation of the Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey - White

An intense and balanced Chablis 1er cru Vau de Vey ! Fairly light pale gold color. Nose of white flowers characteristic of Chardonnay such as acacia, honeysuckle, with mineral notes, flint in particular, very present. The palate is fresh and lively, typical of its Chablis 1er Cru terroir. Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller delivers here a great dry white Burgundy wine which highlights the finesse and complexity of its terroir!

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

Domaine Camille et Laurent Schaller is a 15-hectare family estate located in Préhy, in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. While since the 1980s, the estate has sold its harvest to the cooperative, in 2014, Camille, who had just arrived on the family farm, and her father Laurent Schaller , produced their first vintage which was immediately acclaimed by critics! Since these promising beginnings, the estate has continued to improve its wines in the Petit Chablis , Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin appellations in particular. If you like dry white Burgundy wines and its emblematic grape variety: Chardonnay, you absolutely must discover the wines of Domaine Camille et Laurent Schaller !
