Mediterranean octopus ... Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu tried his hand at cooking it by simmering it with tomatoes and lemon thyme. The finely chopped octopus is simmered to create a nice soft chew.
BRAND HISTORY
At the beginning, a friendship which dates back to the New Year: that of three Marseille gourmets: the Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu and the cousins Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. Timon and Sourrieu share passions for taste, aromatic plants and local products. Their aperitifs have the scent of the sea and the scents of the scrubland. All recipes promote the resources of Provence and the Mediterranean .

INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING
Ingredients: Octopus 45% (origin: Mediterranean Sea), tomatoes 14%, extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, fish stock, spices (pepper, Espelette pepper) , lemon thyme 0.09%
Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.
