Francois Doucet

Since 1969 , the François Doucet confectionery has valued the heritage of ancestral recipes and confectionery know-how. François and Maggy Doucet created the François Doucet Confisseur confectionery when they took over an old almond crusher in Oraison. For 50 years, the Provençal company has been designing and manufacturing exceptional confectionery that delights the palate of gourmands. The artisanal know-how of excellence and the quality of the products was rewarded in 2017 with the obtaining of the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label. The terroir, traceability, quality of raw materials : so many essential criteria for the Doucet family to create quality confectionery. Thus, 75% of the fruits used in the fruit jellies come from Provence , the cocoa and chocolate come from fair and sustainable production participating in the Cocoa Horizons program and the almonds and hazelnuts used in the products are rigorously selected.
