- Its composition: sugar and glucose syrup until cooked as desired, added cream from a local dairy, supplemented with high quality chocolate, fresh butter, cocoa butter, Guérande salt and sunflower lecithin without GMO. The production is artisanal. The temperatures are controlled until a creamy texture is achieved.
