This Chianti from Domaine Gasparri reveals an intense and delicate fruity bouquet, enhanced with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, a round and balanced flavor, slightly marked by well-integrated tannins, lingering pleasantly on the finish.
HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Since 1930, the Gasparri family has been involved in viticulture. Between 1988 and the beginning of the 2000s, wine production developed considerably thanks to the purchase of new estates and in particular the Fattoria dell'Agresto in 1997. From the creation of "Posato", a Sangiovese passito red wine, made using the traditional method of drying grapes on racks typical of Vin Santo, the rediscovery of red grape varieties that have historically flourished in the Mediterranean basin. “Visyr” is an example, made from a blend of Syrah and Viognier grapes.
