BRAND HISTORY

Since 1969 , the François Doucet confectionery has been promoting the heritage of ancestral recipes and confectionery know-how. François and Maggy Doucet created the François Doucet Confiseur confectionery when they took over an old almond breaker in Oraison. For 50 years, the Provençal company has been designing and manufacturing exceptional confectionery that delights the palates of gourmets. The excellent craftsmanship and quality of the products was rewarded in 2017 with the award of the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" label. The terroir, traceability, and quality of the raw materials are all essential criteria for the Doucet family to create quality confectionery. Thus, 75% of the fruit used in the fruit pastes come from Provence , the cocoa and chocolate come from fair and sustainable producers participating in the Cocoa Horizons program, and the almonds and hazelnuts used in the products are rigorously selected.

Karaoke Ingredients: Caramel flavored milk chocolate from Belgium 43% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, caramel powder (skimmed MILK powder, MILK proteins, sugar, butter (MILK)), whey powder (MILK), lactose, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, caramel and natural vanilla flavoring), dark chocolate from France 41% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), crispy cereal from France 15% (rice flour, corn flour, sugar, raising agent: E500ii, salt, sunflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), glazing agents: acacia gum and shellac. May contain other nuts, eggs, sesame.
