At the beginning, a friendship that dates back to the year ebre: that of three gourmets from Marseille: the starred Chef Guillaume Sourrieu and the cousins ​​Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. Timon and Sourrieu share a passion for taste, aromatic plants and local products. Their aperitifs have the scent of the sea and the scents of the scrubland. RECIPES

To be consumed hot, reheats over low heat. Can be enjoyed plain or with rouille , croutons and grated cheese.

INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING

Water, crabs 30% (origin: Mediterranean Sea or Atlantic Ocean), fish 20%, tomato concentrate, onions, leeks, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, salt, aromatic plants, spices (including saffron).

Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: in a cool place (between 2° and 4°) for 2 days.
