Discover the Finition Grand Cru Whiskey , an original creation from the Bellevoye distillery. This whiskey highlights what France does best with a blend of three French malts, aged for 6 years, then assembled and aged in grand cru barrels for 1 year. Secondary aging in grand cru barrels gives this whiskey power and aromatic complexity. On the nose we discover notes of cooked fruit which mingle with aromas of honey and ginger. The palate is suave with spicy flavors and notes of sandalwood. It is a very structured whiskey, with a beautiful length and complexity that will delight all lovers of well-crafted whiskey.

HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY

Bellevoye is a French distillery created in 2013 by two enthusiasts, Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix (Château Pétrus). Anxious to want to represent the best that France does and to highlight French know-how, terroir and raw materials, the two friends decided to produce 100% French whisky. They work in close collaboration with several French distilleries who provide them with the raw materials, then they assemble and finish them themselves in Charente. Bellevoye therefore offers us a range of Whiskey representative of the best in France, with Whiskey aged in Sauternes barrels , or in Grand Cru barrels , or even a Whiskey peated with peat from Alsace. This whiskey is already served at the Elysée Palace, to give as a gift or to discover urgently!
