The condiment made from extra virgin olive oil with Black Truffle is very easy to use and can be combined with several dishes to enhance the truffle flavor. We suggest one teaspoon of oil per person, raw when the dish is ready.
BRAND HISTORY
The Giuliano Tartufi company born from the hobby and passion of a very young person Giuliano Martinelli , who, already in the early 80s and before starting his work at the factory, goes every morning into the woods to hunt truffles with his inseparable dog. Since 1991, Giuliano has decided to pursue his dream of devoting himself exclusively to the research and sale of fresh truffles. First of all by manufacturing the products in a small laboratory in Pietralunga, and immediately after starting to participate in some of the most important Italian exhibitions in this field of activity: he thus specializes in the marketing of fresh truffles and in the production of food specialties based on truffles. The objective of Giuliano Tartufi is and has always been sharing its passion for truffles with everyone, bringing the culinary traditions and typicalities of its land all over the world.
RECIPES
In an omelette or any preparation with eggs, on pasta or potatoes, without a mushroom and truffle risotto, or even as a starter on a green salad.
