HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

Philippe Orion created Domaine La Barbinière in 1978 on his father's 2 hectares of existing vines. In 2005, his sons took over the estate and set about gaining recognition for their expertise. In 2011, Chantonnay was finally recognised as the new AOC Fiefs Vendéens. The winegrowers have been cultivating the vines organically since 2015. They offer us elegant and fresh wines. These organic wines will be perfect for all your convivial moments.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

As an aperitif or to accompany a fish dish. Spider crab soufflé, fresh crab remoulade, wild asparagus velouté, sesame oil emulsion.
