Presentation of VILLA MINNA VINEYARD- MINNA Blanc 2012 - IGP Pays des Bouches du Rhône
A great dry white wine from Provence, organic and atypical at its peak! The color of this Minna Blanc 2012 vintage is bright golden. On the nose, a pretty bouquet of dried white flowers, citrus fruits and honey perfume the glass. On the palate, buttery and fruity aromas line the palate with a remarkable balance between roundness and freshness. We see all the work and know-how of VILLA MINNA VINEYARD in this major white wine which honors Provence and the great white wines of the South!
History of the estate
VILLA MINNA VINEYARD is a family estate located in the heart of Provence in Saint Cannat near Aix-en-Provence. This 15 hectare estate is well known to lovers of designer wines that go beyond the appellations. Indeed, VILLA MINNA VINEYARD offers long-aging red wines and white wines like their MINNA vintages marketed 5 years after their harvest for the reds and 3 years for the whites. The work of the vines is done by hand, in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) and the vinification is done using native yeasts, as naturally as possible, followed by a long aging in vats, in barrels then in bottle.
