This Morris Gin is a real favorite! A confidential Swiss Gin that will delight the most demanding amateurs and could even change the minds of reluctant tasters of this spirit! A Gin with a very complex herbal profile made according to a traditional London Dry Gin recipe then refined with wild herbs and berries, hand-picked in the Swiss Alps, on the grounds of The Wild Alps distillery. The Gin is distilled in a pot still (a Charentais still traditionally used for Cognac and Whisky and which allows for double distillation) and unfiltered. All this gives Morris Gin a complex and elegant bouquet of juniper, genepi, lemon peel and fresh herbs. A very balanced Gin with a long finish , voted best Gin in 2017 (Suisse Gin Award 2017).
