The Giuliano Tartufi company was born from the hobby and passion of a very young Giuliano Martinelli , who, already in the early 80s and before starting his work at the factory, went every morning into the woods to hunt truffles with her inseparable dog. Since 1991, Giuliano has decided to pursue his dream of devoting himself exclusively to the research and sale of fresh truffles.
