BRAND HISTORY

The history of the Fiasconaro company begins in the 1950s with founder Mario Fiasconaro. Originally ice cream maker in the small town of Castelbuono , region of Palermo ( Sicily ), he passed on to his children a taste for pastry and local know-how. It was in the 1990s that the company really developed nationally and internationally under the leadership of Nicola , master pastry chef who had the idea of ​​creating “Sicilian” recipes from panettone , famous traditional cake from northern Italy. Thus are born creations such as Traditional Panettone with fresh orange peels from Sicily candied in Marsala, the Panettone Nero Sublime with Modica chocolate or the Panettone Mandorle with almond.
