Le Bonheur des Ogres is a Nougaterie installed in 2018 in Quistinic in Morbihan. Nougat is made in the purest tradition of French nougat makers and meets the expectations of a high-end delicatessen product. The range of Nougats is based on recipes with bold and delicious flavors composed of organic ingredients and honey harvested locally by their committed beekeeper partners. Their know-how and seriousness build their pride in belonging to this family of confectioners keen to offer their customers original, healthy, eco-responsible and above all delicious products. Ingredients: Honey from Brittany All summer flowers mainly chestnut 30%, Blond Cannes Sugar*, Almonds*, Hazelnuts*, Dehydrated egg whites*, Icing sugar*, Azyme sheet* (potato starch*, oil sunflower*), St Armel salt certified by nature and progress, Vanilla sugar* (sugar* and Madagascar vanilla*). *Ingredients from organic farming - Certipaq FR-BIO-09 Agriculture EU-NON EU certified.

Made in a workshop using nuts, rye and wheat flour, milk and eggs.
