History of the brewery
The beers of the Brasserie de la Plaine are quality craft beers brewed since 2013 in Marseille. Living beers: unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Slight haze and yeast deposits are normal and typical of traditional methods. Permanent recipes are certified organic and the most common beers are made from regional cereals, while waiting for the sectors to allow a complete supply of local cereals.
