Domaine Terres Promises, Analepse Blanc
The Analepse cuvée from Domaine des Terres Promises is a superb macerated white wine. Made from 100% Carignan, this white wine comes from the estate's oldest vines. The result of a long maceration, this orange wine is then aged in barrels for 12 months. On the palate, we discover a wine with very expressive aromas. Notes of sap and pine resin accompany candied fruit. The Analepse cuvée is an original and surprising wine, to be tasted at least once in your life!
