Discover a rare and elegant wine, the organic Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc from Domaine L'or de Line . Elegant pale gold color with green highlights, rich and deep nose, open on white peach, bergamot and acacia. Smooth, suave and velvety mouth with aromas of rosehip. The material is pure, clean, fluid and the finish fresh and long. Six grape varieties are used in the composition of the organic Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc from the cuvée l'Or de Line. HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN
The Domaine l'Or de Line , for many generations in the Jacumin family, is now managed by Gérard Jacumin. Since 2009, this estate has been cultivated organically, divided into 15 plots and 11 grape varieties including 5 whites, which is very rare in the region. The estate benefits from a varied terroir and soils that allow it to produce high quality white or red Château Neuf du Pape in organic farming. The Domaine l'Or de Line , already rewarded many times, will offer you wines that will please all lovers of great Château Neuf du Pape.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
As an aperitif with smoked salmon, firm-fleshed fish, fish soup, shellfish in sauce, goat cheese. From the 3rd year: goose foie gras, chicken with cream, etc.

Aging: The grape varieties are vinified two by two, according to their characteristics and their maturity date. This 2020 vintage was vinified together Grenache and Roussanne to give the structure, Picpoul and Clairette Blanche for their aromas and Bourboulenc and Picardan for their freshness. Aging in vats to keep the purity of each of the grape varieties, then a blend in December and bottling at the estate.
