This Viré-Clessé - Terroir De Clessé from Domaine Des Gandines comes from vines from 15 to 70 years old, the harvest is manual and the aging of 12 months in vats. This wine is fresh, round, powerful and fruity. All the different terroirs that make up this blend show here all the typicality of a Viré-Clessé. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, in association with fish, seafood, Asian cuisine, frogs, Burgundy snails, Mâconnais goat cheese.

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

In the heart of the Mâconnais, in the south of Burgundy, the Gandines vineyard is a family estate operated by the Dananchet family for four generations. The wines have been AB certified since 2009 and Demeter certified from the 2019 vintage.
