Presentation of the Domaine de Brin – Vendemia- Gaillac

Domaine de Brin offers us a magnificent Gaillac, the Vendemia vintage, an organic red wine aged for 18 months in sulfur-free vats (light sulfiting during bottling), mixing Duras and Merlot. The color is a deep garnet. The nose is red and black fruits and sweet spices. The palate is round and fruity, with flavors of blackcurrant, notes of pepper and a beautiful tannic structure. The Vendemia vintage from Domaine de Brin offers us a fruity and delicious wine, which will please as many people as possible.

History of the estate

Domaine de Brin is a 12-hectare estate located between Albi, Gaillac and Cordes in Languedoc, masterfully managed by Damien Bonnet . Passionate about his profession, Damien Bonnet is convinced that the quality of wine depends on the good health of the vineyard and its environment, which is why he is keen to apply organic cultivation and natural winemaking methods. Low yields, manual harvests, native yeasts, and absence of sulfur, the wines offered by Domaine de Brin best reflect their terroir, the influence of their climate and the expression of the grape varieties.
