Presentation of the Domaine Camille et Laurent Schaller Chablis - White

Here is the flagship vintage of Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller , a Chablis that seduces us with its fruitiness and finesse. Fairly light pale gold color. Nose of citrus fruits, white fruits (mirabelle plum) and white flowers such as acacia and honeysuckle. The palate of this Chablis subtly restores the aromas present on the nose with a lot of freshness and good minerality. The finish is fine and saline with a nice length. An excellent quality/price ratio!

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

THE Camille and Laurent Schaller Estate is a 15-hectare family estate located in Préhy, in the heart of Chablis vineyard. While since the 1980s, the estate had sold its harvest to the cooperative, in 2014, Camille newly arrived on the family farm and her father Laurent Schaller , produced their first vintage which was immediately acclaimed by critics! Since these promising beginnings, the estate has continued to improve its wines in the appellation Little Chablis , Chablis And Chablis 1st Cru Vaucoupin in particular. If you like dry white wines from Burgundy and its emblematic grape variety: Chardonnay, you absolutely must discover the wines of Camille and Laurent Schaller Estate !
