The one offered by L' Epicurien is made with beautiful fleshy purple figs, a little sugar, crunchy walnuts and a dash of white wine from Pays d'Oc to give it all its character. This Fig and Walnut Confit is a sure bet to accompany all your cheese platters, and more particularly goat cheeses or blue-veined pasta.
