BRAND HISTORY
The Dacasto house was born in Alba, also known as the capital of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous throughout the world for its truffles and wines. Dacasto Gran Milano Panettone has been awarded 3 gold stars at the International Taste and Quality Institute (ITQI) by 125 connoisseurs and Michelin-starred Chefs. The Panettones are made with organic raw materials, with the greatest respect for tradition and processing times (more than 50 hours to make a Panettone).
