Hemingway comes to toast with him and they remake the world. The spiciness of the Espelette pepper blends wonderfully with the sweetness of the red pepper and the freshness of the tomato . Hemingway wouldn't be wrong, adding a little vodka, it's the best Bloody Mary.

RECIPES

Serve chilled, ideal as a snack or aperitif, cocktail idea: add 4 cl of Vodka. HOW TO SERVE: shake well and serve in a long drink glass with ice cubes or very chilled.

Pure tomato juice (67%), water, red pepper puree (3%), sugar, Espelette pepper (0.3%), salt.

Capacity: 25cl

Store at room temperature and away from light. Indicative shelf life: 6 months. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
