El Pasador De Oro - Pasión rum is an exceptional creation that combines the excellence of XO rum with the freshness of passion fruit. In the Charentais cellars, the rum is first carefully aged in old Cognac tuns, before the passion fruits, carefully selected at their ideal ripeness, are delicately cut by hand. Then, using a new and kept secret method, the passion fruit is infused into the rum, giving this creation a unique and captivating flavor. HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY
El Pasador De Oro was created a few years ago by two friends Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech. Both passionate about spirits, they have already distinguished themselves in the field of whiskey with the 100% French Bellevoye whiskeys . For the creation of this rum, they turned to the West Indies. The rum is distilled in Guatemala, then it is transported to France where it ages in cognac barrels. This process gives us a warm aged rum with caramelized notes.
