Presentation Ferroni, Strawberry Liqueur From Plougastel Warenghem
The carefully selected Plougastel strawberries are macerated in alcohol before being pressed in a traditional wooden press. This authentic manufacturing technique allows you to extract the inimitable taste of the Plougastel Strawberry. Established in 1900 in Lannion, the Warenghem Distillery has been recognized since its creation for its high-quality expertise in liqueurs. The oldest products of the distillery, whose recipes are secretly preserved, are now highlighted in this range of traditional liqueurs without compromise on quality and developed thanks to the know-how and passion of the Warenghem Distillery. Resolutely authentic, these liqueurs come directly from distilled plants or macerated fruits, without adding aromas.
HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY
Installed at Château des Creissauds, the Ferroni Distillery has gradually transformed into a site for the development and production of high-end French spirits combining history, cultural heritage and natural riches.
On the estate, fresh plants are grown or harvested in the wild to produce the House's high-end pastis. Rum, whisky, gin and liqueurs enjoy happy days alongside forgotten, reissued alcohols, such as Ratafia de Marseille, which has become a must-have for the end-of-year celebrations.
Guillaume Ferroni is a creator, passionate about history which he uses to develop his new creations. He has managed to modernize old recipes, a real pleasure for the taste buds.

Tasting advice: Plougastel Strawberry can be consumed with still or sparkling water, or even fruit juice, it offers a low-alcohol and refreshing drink. It is also consumed in kir, with the addition of a dry, sparkling white wine or even a champagne (the proportions are according to taste). It is an exquisite ingredient to flavor all your cocktails. But the Plougastel Strawberry is delicious pure, on a bed of crushed ice, it is in the greatest simplicity that it
best delivers all the aromas of the fruit.
