BRAND HISTORY

The Giuliano Tartufi company born from the hobby and passion of a very young Giuliano Martinelli , who, already in the early 80s and before starting his job at the factory, goes every morning into the woods to hunt for truffles with his inseparable dog. Since 1991, Giuliano decides to pursue his dream of devoting himself exclusively to the research and sale of fresh truffles. First of all by manufacturing the products in a small laboratory in Pietralunga, and immediately after by starting to participate in some of the most important Italian exhibitions in this field of activity: he thus specializes in the marketing of fresh truffles and in the production of food specialties based on truffles. The aim of Giuliano Tartufi is and has always been sharing his passion for truffles with everyone, bringing the culinary traditions and typical characteristics of his land all over the world.
