L'Epicurien is an artisanal family business which for 30 years has been manufacturing exceptional jams in Languedoc-Roussillon for your sweet tooth and savory spreads for your aperitifs or cheese platters. Founded by a Master Artisan Jam Maker, the extra jams and other sweet treats are cooked in open cauldrons in an entirely artisanal way. Chestnut puree 47% (chestnut 50%, water), block of duck foie gras 22% (duck foie gras 89%, water, seasoning 2% (coteaux du Layon, preservative: nitrite salt, salt, sugar, pepper, antioxidant: E301)), rehydrated porcini mushrooms 11%, thick crème fraîche (MILK), duck fat, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, poultry stock (WHEAT, CELERY), antioxidant: rosemary extract, spices.
