Fusilloni Al Dente La Salsa are highly digestible with exceptional taste. Based on an exclusive blend of ancient wheat grown in Puglia (Italia) and spring water, the “pasta” are drawn in bronze and dried at low temperature. They are prepared in Gragnano , in the traditional pastificio. Located in the province of Naples , Gragnano has its roots in the Valle dei Mulini where, in the 16th century, the first pastificio appeared exploiting the currents of hot and cold air from the main street, Via Roma, to dry their " pasta.”
