The Coconut Macaron is the very first specialty created in 1996 by Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie. A traditional Bredele from Alsace, initially known as Kokosmakronen. This little cake is characterized by its recipe, its delicate exotic aromas, as well as its fluted dome shape and its soft texture.
