The color is clear and brilliant, light straw yellow. The nose of this Prosecco is fine with apple and white flowers. On the palate, we find the fruity and floral aromas of the nose with lively and elegant bubbles (Spumantes are more effervescent than Frizzantes) and a beautiful freshness brought by a reasonable dosage! To be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or in a cocktail like the famous Spritz ! Tchin!
History of the estate
Since 1927, the Venetian family, Fidora , has operated the former Benedictine agricultural estate: Tenuta Civranetta , 15km from the Venice lagoon. From 1974, the grandfather of the current owner ( Emilio Fidora ) decided to convert the operation to organic viticulture , in order to protect and preserve the biodiversity of the estate. This pioneer was convinced that good development of the ecosystem can enrich the vine with natural immune defenses. The wines are not chaptalized, the sulfur is dosed to a minimum, they are imagined with the purest respect for their terroir and their original grape varieties. The estate thus produces several appellations including the famous Prosecco DOC .
